At Impulse Coffees, we strive for the perfect brew every time; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a specialized resolution process for any issues with your order. If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Ensure your request is submitted within 7 days of receipt and relates to damaged goods, incorrect items, or quality concerns, as we cannot accept returns on opened food products.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging to initiate the claims process.
- 3.Internal Review
Our quality assurance team will review your photos and order details within 48 hours to determine the best resolution for your specific case.
- 4.Resolution Issued
Once approved, a replacement shipment will be dispatched immediately or a store credit will be issued to your account for future caffeine fixes.
